General Return Terms
We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 30 days of the purchase date.
Replacement Parts, which are non-returnable.
We recommend keeping your original packaging during this 30-day period.
To request a return or learn more about additional policies, please contact our customer service team before sending your item back.
Return Packaging Requirements
Only items returned in their original packaging are eligible for a refund.
If an item is sent back without original packaging, the refund will not be approved.
Please note that replacement boxes are not provided.
Please make sure your item is securely packed when returning it.
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
If an item is damaged due to poor packaging or handling by the customer, the refund amount may be reduced or, in severe cases, denied entirely.
Return Shipping Costs
When FlexiHome Fit Covers Return Shipping
FlexiHome Fit will pay the return shipping cost if the return is caused by our error, including:
- The item arrived defective and cannot be repaired with replacement parts.
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The order was sent to the wrong address.
- A duplicate order was sent.
Important:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 3 days and provide photos or videos as proof before a return can be approved.
If no proof is provided, the case will be treated as buyer’s remorse, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping, a 15% restocking fee, and any original shipping costs paid by the seller.
Once the approved return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund if the product is confirmed defective.
If the issue can be solved by sending replacement parts, we may offer free parts and guidance for self-repair to avoid the inconvenience of shipping large items back.
Please note that we do not provide technician or in-home repair services.
When the Customer Covers Return Shipping
If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Prepaid return labels are not provided in these cases.
Original shipping and handling costs will also be deducted from your refund.
If an order included free or discounted shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost will still be deducted.
Examples of customer-responsible returns include:
- Buyer’s remorse (e.g., “not satisfied,” “item doesn’t fit,” “want something else,” etc.)
- No longer want the product
- Misinterpretation or failure to read the product description
- Order cancellation after shipment (even if not yet received)
- Ordered the wrong product or quantity
- Provided an incorrect shipping address
After the 30-day return period, defective items may still be serviced under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the warranty policy for details.
Restocking Fees
All customer-responsible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If you cancel an order after it has shipped (even if you haven’t received it yet), both the return shipping costs and the restocking fee will apply.
Refunds
This refund policy applies only to purchases made directly through the official FlexiHome Fit website (https://flexihomefits.com).
For purchases made through other retailers, please refer to that store’s refund policy.
Refunds (minus applicable shipping and restocking fees) will be issued to your original payment method once your returned item is processed at our warehouse.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
After your return arrives at our warehouse, allow 5–10 business days for inspection, restocking, and refund processing.
Refunds to credit or debit cards typically take up to 10 business days, but timing may vary by your bank.
Promotional Gifts:
If your order included a free promotional item, the free gift must be returned along with the main item to receive a full refund.
If the promotional item is not returned, the refund will be reduced by the full value of the promotional gift.
Replacement Parts
Products labeled as “Replacement Parts” are non-returnable, non-refundable, and not covered by any warranty.
All such items are clearly marked as “Replacement Parts” on their product pages prior to purchase.
Undeliverable or Refused Orders
If an order is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, it will be treated as a buyer’s remorse return.
In these cases, the standard return conditions apply, including a 15% restocking fee and deduction of both outbound and return shipping costs.
