Shipping Origin

Most of our products are shipped directly from China.

Processing Time

After your order has been paid, our warehouse requires 1–7 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment.
Our shipping operation hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (closed on weekends and holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping Fees

United States: Orders under $59 will incur a $5.99 shipping fee.

Other countries: Orders under $59 will incur a $15.99 shipping fee.

Free Shipping Promotion

Most products qualify for free shipping. Orders over $59 ship for free.

Delivery Time

Delivery within 3–7 business days for orders shipped to the United States.

Other Products (US Orders)
Estimated delivery time is 10–25 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
All packages are shipped using a carrier of our choice.

Orders Outside the United States
Estimated delivery time is 20–35 business days.
Delivery timelines for non-US destinations remain unchanged.

Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide.
For the United States, we currently deliver only to the 48 contiguous states.
Delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories such as PR, AK, HI, GU, and military states (AA, AE, AP).

What are the shipping times?

After placing your order, please allow 1–7 business days for processing. Orders placed over the weekend will start processing on the next business day. Once shipped, delivery takes an additional 10–25 business days, depending on your country and chosen shipping method.

We are closed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.

How can I track my order?

You can check your order status by visiting your My Account page

You’ll also receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order ships.

Do you deliver to upper floors?

All large equipment orders are delivered curbside only. Delivery personnel are unable to carry items to upper floors or inside residences.

Holiday Shipping Delays

During the holiday season (December–January), shipping carriers may experience delays due to high volume or severe weather.
We recommend placing orders early to ensure delivery before your desired date.
Please note that our warehouse closures and the 1–7 business day processing time still apply during holidays.

Multiple Packages

Your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product size or quantity.

Shipping Exceptions & Delays

FLEXIHOME is not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to the following:

  • Remote areas — Shipments to remote regions may take an additional 1–2 days.
  • Customer actions — Delivery issues caused by changing the address after shipping, entering incorrect or incomplete information, or refusing delivery.
  • Force majeure events — Delays caused by unforeseen and uncontrollable events such as severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, government actions, or wars.
  • Restricted items — Products that cannot be shipped by air due to security or safety regulations (e.g., fragile or electronic items).
  • Customs issues — Shipments held, confiscated, or disposed of due to local transport or import regulations.
  • Non-business days — Deliveries cannot be made on weekends, public holidays, or national festivals.
  • Restricted access areas — Addresses located within schools, offices, or residential communities where couriers are not permitted entry.
