Furthermore, you agree not to use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, or other device or mechanism (including but not limited to browsers, spiders, robots, avatars, or intelligent agents) to navigate or search this Site other than the search engine and search agents provided by Flexihome on this Site and other than commonly available third-party web browsers (e.g., Chrome, Internet Explorer/Edge, Firefox, Safari).

User reviews, feedback and submissions

All reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions that are disclosed, submitted, or offered to Flexihome on or through this Site, or otherwise in connection with your use of this Site (collectively referred to as "Comments"), shall become and remain the property of Flexihome. Flexihome is and will remain under no obligation to:

2. Pay any compensation to users for their Comments; or
3. Respond to any user Comments.

You agree that any Comments you submit to the Site will not violate this policy or any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights, and will not cause harm to any person or entity. You further agree that no Comments you submit to the Site will be or contain libelous or otherwise illegal, abusive, or obscene material, or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam."

While Flexihome may post comments on its site or affiliated sites and though it will not regularly review posted Comments, it reserves the right (but not the obligation) to monitor and edit or remove any Comments submitted to the Site. You grant Flexihome the right to use the name you submit in connection with any Comments. Digital product terms of sale

The subsequent terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Digital Product Terms of Sale") regulate the process through which you acquire Digital Products from Flexihome. Flexihome provides a variety of digital products available for purchase ("Purchased Content") and for rent ("Rental Content") on the Site (collectively referred to as "Digital Products"). Utilizing Digital Products signifies your agreement to the Terms, which include these Digital Product Terms of Sale.

All transactions are considered final, with exceptions noted in these Terms or as determined solely by Flexihome. In cases where your order cannot be fulfilled due to the unavailability or discontinuation of a Digital Product, we may offer you a credit equivalent to the value of the product purchased. Digital Products are available for purchase and rental solely to non-commercial end customers. Beyond these Digital Product Terms of Sale, your acquisition or rental of any Digital Product, or your involvement in any promotion or discount, may also be subject to additional terms and conditions specified on the Site at the time of your order placement or participation in such offers. Flexihome retains the right to limit the quantities of Digital Products available for sale or the number that each customer may purchase.

Flexihome also reserves the right to reject, cancel, correct, and/or terminate any order for any reason, at its sole discretion. If there is a pricing error in a Digital Product, we will inform you, and you will have the option to either forgo the purchase of the Digital Product or proceed with the purchase at the correct price. A legally binding or enforceable contract between you and Flexihome does not exist until you receive an email confirmation that your order has been processed. We do not guarantee, or otherwise warrant the duration it will take to process your order.

To purchase or rent Digital Products for download or streaming, you must create an account and consent to the Agreement. Account details facilitate the downloading or streaming of your Digital Products, management of your Digital Products and devices, and reception of updates concerning hardware, software, or content license updates. The Agreement governs the use of Digital Products and any applications that enable viewing, playback, or access to the Digital Product. You must be online, connected to the internet, and logged into your Flexihome account to access your Digital Product.

• Rental Content
  When you opt to rent a Digital Product, you are granted the right to view the content item any number of times within the specified time frame outlined on the transaction page at the moment of your payment, known as the "Viewing Period," and also indicated in your confirmation email. The Viewing Period can vary for each Digital Product, and it will be displayed to you prior to making your purchase. Actions such as pausing, stopping, or rewinding Digital Products will not result in an extension of the Viewing Period for that particular Digital Product.
• Purchased Content
  Upon purchasing a Digital Product, you are entitled to access and view the content item an unlimited number of times throughout the duration that the rights to provide you with that content are in effect, which is referred to as the "Access Period." The Access Period may differ for each Digital Product, and it will be communicated to you at the time of your purchase. It's important to note that actions such as pausing, stopping, or rewinding Digital Products will not prolong the Access Period applicable to that specific Digital Product.
